Benjamin Mancroft, Baron Mancroft is a Conservative member of the House of Lords, having joined in February 1988.
Business interests
Mancroft acts as strategic counsel and sits on the board of the Fleurette Group, which holds Congolese mining interests and is affiliated with Israeli mining magnate Dan Gertler.[1]
In June 2014, Mancroft hosted a cocktail reception at Westminster for lawmakers and businessman for Gertler's family foundation, which aims to help rape victims.
In response to the Wall Street Journal's questions about the event, Lord Mancroft described himself as 'incorruptible', as he has 'nothing to sell'.[1]
