Keene Communications is a London based public affairs consultancy who specialise in giving clients an insight into social, political and economic affairs, legislative analysis and reputation management.
It was founded in the mid 1980s by Tony Richards before being bought by Simon Quarendon in 2008.[1]

Keene have been a member of the Association of Professional Political Consultants since September 2011, with their first appearance on the register on the register Sep 2011 to 30 Nov 2011, originally as Keene PA and then Keene Communications on the Jun 2012 to 31 Aug 2012 register.
