David Ross is Chairman of Scottish Chambers of Commerce. Ross is Chairman and Senior Partner of Biggart Baillie, solicitors, and a former President of the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, David Ross has extensive first hand experience of business issues in Scotland. He will work alongside Scottish Chambers’ Director Liz Cameron on liaison with MPs, MSPs and Chamber members on a range of such issues.
Ross has over 25 years of Corporate Law experience and is one of the UK’s leading energy lawyers. He is also the past Chairman of the Euro-American Lawyers Group, a grouping of some 20 International Law firms.
