Booker Group are a large wholesaler based in the UK they supply around 326,000 catering businesses and 78,000 independent retailers. [1] Booker are members of the Department of Health's Public Health Responsibility Deal and are Signatories to Responsibility Deal Alcohol Network Labelling Pledge. They are partners in the Responsibility Deal Food Network, Responsibility Deal Alcohol Network and the Responsibility Deal Health at Work and have signed up to total of eight pledges. [2]
