The Centre is a college in occupied Palestine known as Merkaz Lechinuch Torani.[1] It is based at Ha-Zayit 5, Zichron Yaakov, between Netanya and Haifa, occupied Palestine.[2]
It is supported by a British charity called the Friends of the Centre for Torah Education Trust (Charity number: 265502) which is based in Salford.
