David Goss is chief of staff to the UK secretary of state for international trade Liam Fox, having served him as a special adviser since October 2014. [1] Before this, he worked as a press officer to the Conservative Party for more than two years.
Goss ran as a prospective Conservative parliamentary candidate in the June 2017 election.
