John Kersey is the former chairman of the Lancashire branch of the Institute of Directors, [1] and a member of the business group Lancashire for Shale. [2]
Kersey was also previously a member of the astroturf North West Energy Task Force [3] run by fracking firm Cuadrilla's former lobbyists Westbourne Communications.
