Tom Swarbrick was appointed as a communications adviser and head of broadcast to prime minster Theresa May in August 2016. [1] His responsibilities involve overseeing and coordinating the PM’s engagement with broadcast media.
He has worked as a former chief correspondent and a presenter at LBC Radio since 2012, prior to which he worked as a radio producer for BBC Radio Oxford. He was named national journalist of the year in the 2014 'Radio Academy Awards'.
