Eurostar International is the operator of the Eurostar trainline between London, Paris and Brussels via the channel tunnel.
Founded in 1990, the company was 40 per cent owned by the UK government until it was sold off in May 2015 to the consortium of Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec (CDPQ) and Hermes Infrastructure. [1]
