Michael Ellis has been the UK Conservative Party MP for Northampton North since 2010. [1]
In the 2015 general election, Ellis retained his seat with a majority of 3,245. [2]
Since May 2015, Ellis has been the parliamentary private secretary to the home secretary Theresa May.[3]
Activities
Since February 2011, Ellis has been a member of the Home Affairs Select Committee of the House of Commons and he was also appointed parliamentary adviser to the chairman of the Conservative Party Andrew Feldman in September 2012. [4]
