Godric Smith is the co-founder of PR company Incorporated London and a former spokesperson for Prime Minister Tony Blair.

Background
In 1990 Smith started his first press role with government as press officer to the Department of Health. In January 1996 he was appointed senior press officer to 10 Downing Street, whilst John Major whilst still in power. In July 1998, under Tony Blair, he was appointed deputy press secretary, in June 2001 he was appointed Prime Minister's official spokesperson and in January 2004 he was made head of strategic communications at 10 Downing Street.
In January 2006 Smith left government and was appointed director of communications to London 2012 and then in October 2011 director of government communications for London 2012 with the Government Olympic Executive, a role in the Department of Culture, Media and Sport.
In October 2012 he returned to Downing Street as interim executive director of Government communications.
In January 2013 it was announced that Smith had left his role in the government and was planning on setting up a public relations agency with Greg Nugent and in April 2013 they founded Incorporated London Ltd.[1] Inc, whose website has little information and do not declare their clients, have been criticised for a lack of transparency.[2]
