I have added a couple of Ref? where I think this profile needs referenced - is this the level you want this referenced at? I'm a bit in the dark on this so any advice would be appreciated.

I have added as many references as I can easily find. Are some of the quotes that I cannot find from author interviews? There are large passages that appear to be from two websites (red star research and sourcewatch)- this assumes that the material was not on spinprofiles first. Any feedback?

  • needs last 2 quarters of clients lists from APPC register.
  • old references need fixing and checking - old and new style
