Matthew Sinclair is the former chief executive of the UK TaxPayers' Alliance think tank[1].
He is now head of economics at British lobbying firm Westbourne Communications.
While at the TPA Sinclair was lead editor of the 2020 Tax Commission and on a major joint project on tax policy with the Institute of Directors.
He is the author of two books: How to Cut Public Spending and Let Them Eat Carbon.
