Elizabeth Mary Alice Noel (born 24 September 1967), known as Lizzie Noel or Lizzie Pitman (the latter being her married name), is a former Conservative Party candidate and an aide to London Mayor Boris Johnson. [1] She was a Trustee of the right-wing think-tank Policy Exchange from 5 June 2007 to 26 February 2008.
