Information Bulletin Ltd was a publishing company funded by the CIA. It was the first of a series of London based CIA funded propaganda opertions. It later became Forum Information Services, which then became Forum World Features. [1] Laqueur's involvement is not mentioned in his account of his career on his own website.[2]
