Freud Communications Limited is a PR company with offices in London, New York and Los Angeles. It was founded in July 3 1990 by Matthew Freud. It was previously known as Jaystone PLC.

In 2005 Freud Communications became part of the Publicis Groupe[1]

The Publicis Groupe bought 50.1% of the company. It is thought the deal was worth around £35 million of which £14m went to Matthew Freud. Freud is believed to have retained around two-thirds of the 49.9% not owned by Publicis.[2].
