Neil C. Livingstone is a former Senate aide who has served as a Pentagon and State Department advisor. He is the founder of the corporate security company Global Options Inc, which he left to form a new company Executive Action after the former went public. A media 'terrorism expert', Livingstone was a key proponent of regime change in Iraq and his company subsequently won several 'reconstruction' contracts. He is now an advocate of destabilising Iran.[1]
