Falcon Oil and Gas has been through a number of name changes:
- Aurelian Oil & Gas PLC (“Aurelian”) was incorporated in England and Wales on December 10, 1982 under the name Averyhills Limited. The name was changed to Falcon Oil & Gas Limited on September 25, 2002 and then subsequently to Aurelian Oil & Gas Limited on January 30, 2006. The company re-registered as a public limited company under the name Aurelian Oil & Gas PLC on July 4, 2006.Cite error: Invalid
