SYNAGOGUE The annual 15th Kislev Memorial Service of the [[Chevrah Chaye Odom|Chevrah]] was held on Sunday, 12th December, in the vestry room of the synagogue. Rabbi B. Atlas and Rabbi Berman (the Rebbe of the Chevrah) delivered addresses, stressing the significance of the 15th Kislev. Rev. [[M, Fomin]] recited the Minchah prayers and the Haskoroth. After ' the gervice refreshments were served and a collection on behalf of the Chevrah was made. As a result a considerable sum was handed over to the newly-appointed treasurer, Mr. [[Myer Woolfson]]. An appeal for support for the Chevrah was made by the parnas of the synagogue, Mr. [[A.
