Ian Wace is founding partner of Marshall Wace Asset Management, one of the UK's leading hedge funds. [1]

He is registered by The Electoral Commission as having donated to Britain Stronger in Europe, the pro-EU campaign in the UK's EU referendum of June 2016.

His business partner Paul Marshall on the other hand backed the pro-Brexit camp.
