The Israel Britain Alliance is a campaign/lobby group created by the Zionist Federation of the UK.
The Alliance seems to have been in formation since around 2016. The domain israelbritain.org.uk was registered on 2 February 2016. The organisation was 'launched' in the same week, according to the Jewish Chronicle, which described it as 'a new project designed to increase support for Israel in Parliament.'[1] The JC also reported that the IBA was launched 'by the Zionist Federation' and would be 'led by former Labour MP for East Kilbride Michael McCann to build relationships between politicians and grassroots Israel supporters across the country. It will also seek to strengthen ties between the House of Commons and the Knesset.'[1]
