The Achelis and Bodman Foundation was created by a merger in November 2015 of the Bodman Foundation (established in 1945) and The Achelis Foundation (established 1940).
The Bodman Foundation was a key funder of the anti-Islam Middle East Forum between 2000-2009, donating a total of $177,000. [1]
Achelis and Bodman grantees since 2016 have included the British think tank Henry Jackson Society: Project for Democratic Geopolitics , who it gave £80,000 for general operating support.
