Message Matters is an Edinburgh-based PR and lobbying agency founded in 2012 by two former Scottish Conservative figures.

Services
MM provides a range of services, including: lobbying and 'strategic, private counsel to large companies to assist them in their political engagement and lobbying.'[1]
Partnership with Cicero
In September 2014, Message Matters formed a partnership with Cicero, a London-based lobbying firm. It was described as 'an important strategic link for Cicero that gave it a presence in Scotland.[2]
