Mark Flanagan is a senior partner at the lobbying firm Portland, assuming the role in 2010.
He previously worked as a strategic communications adviser in Downing Street under Gordon Brown's premiership. Prior to this, Flanagan had a twenty year long career in local, regional and national radio. [1]
