The All-Party Parliamentary Group for High Speed Rail was set up to promote high speed rail in the UK. It has since been disbanded.

- Westbourne Communications (described on HoC website as 'a consultancy') acted as the group’s secretariat from December 2012 until sometime between March-May 2013. was paid by the following clients to do so: TSSA, Bruntwood, South West Trains, Abellio, Eurotunnel and Core Cities. [1]
