Phil Boswell was elected as the Scottish National Party (SNP) member of parliament for the constituency of Coatbridge, Chryston and Bellshill in the May 2015 UK general election. [1]

Boswell defeated his closest rival and the previous Labour Party MP for the area Tom Clarke.
