Services
3X1 provides a range of PR and lobbying services.
Its lobbyists 'advise clients on a wide range of issues from major planning application consultations, to the independence referendum - which has major implications for all public / privet organisations in Scotland. We understand the political landscape and are well equipped to help clients understand what potential constitutional change means.
'We work in the strictest confidence', it says of its lobbying services.[1]
Clients
3X1 declares clients on its website, but it is not signed up to the voluntary transparency registers operated by the lobbying industry, which would reveal its lobbying clients.
Clients featured on its website (as of August 2015) include: Viridor | Atos | BAE Systems | Diageo | Scottish Government | NHS Scotland | Edinburgh Tram Inquiry.[2]
PR Week reported in 2006 that '3X1's major clients include FirstScotRail, Highland Spring, Scottish & Newcastle, Investors in People, the Sea Fish Industry Authority and the recently created Scottish Institute of Sport Foundation.[3]
Sometimes, 3X1 joins forces with London agencies to work on an account in tandem, offering advice on the distinct Scottish market and media. For example, it hooked up with Camargue on projects for private care firm Sunrise Senior Living and engineering firm Atkins.
The company identified a 'growing demand' for public sector PR in Scotland.
