Sam Talbot Rice was special adviser to Jeremy Hunt briefly between October 2012 and May 2013.
Talbot Rice was reportedly replaced by Ed Jones, 'a financial PR with a non-health background'.[1]
In November 2013, Talbot Rice's application to the Advisory Committee on Business Appointments (ACOBA) to become an Independent Consultant for the Centre for Policy Studies was approved.[2]
