Howard Shore is the executive chairman of boutique investment bank Shore Capital, which he founded in 1985.
Shore, through Shore Capital, is a member of The Leader's Group, the premier Conservative Party supporter group. Through an annual membership fee of £50,000 donors are able to secure access to leading members of the party.
Background
According to Shore Capital's website:
- He began his career in private client discretionary fund management with Grieveson Grant & Co (now part of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein). After a degree in Economics from Cambridge, he worked
as a financial futures broker when LIFFE was being established. He is responsible for the strategy and asset allocation of the Group. He is director of Puma Brandenburg. [1]
