Julie Kirkbride was the Conservative MP for Bromsgrove from 1997 to 2010.[1]
In 2006, Kirkbride confirmed she was the 'link-person' between the Midlands Industrial Council and the Parliamentary Conservative Party.[2]
Kirkbide stepped down at the 2010 election, after she had and her husband Andrew Mackay were deemed to have claimed second home allowances inappropriately. She subsequently joined lobbying firm Tetra Strategy.[3]
