Catherine Wilcher is the HR director of Prudential Plc and the former chief people officer at HM Revenue & Customs.

Career

Wilcher worked for HM Revenue & Customs for 13 months, until November 2009, before moving to Prudential Plc as HR director. She left her £190,000 a year job with HM Revenue & Customs because she prefers working in the private sector.[1]
