West African mining company, previously Cluff Gold under the chairmanship of influential mining magnate and UK Tory fundraiser Algy Cluff.
Now run by John McGloin, a 'well-connected former mining consultant and analyst' and chief executive Peter Spivey. Hendrik Faul, group head of mining at AngloAmerican also sits on the board.
