M Communications was formed by Nick Miles, the former managing director of Financial Dynamics's after his "acrimonious split" from the company. In 2004 it won the Polygon account. (The Daily Telegraph, August 20, 2004)
The agency's Middle Eastern section was bought out by College Group after 2008.
Nick Miles left M Communications in March 2013.
