John Penrose has been the Conservative MP for Weston-Super-Mare since 2005.
Penrose was a Parliamentary Under-Secretary (Department for Culture, Media and Sport) from 2010 to 2012. He was appointed an Assistant Whip (HM Treasury) in 2013.[1]
