Background
Ansaldo Nucleare is an Italian nuclear energy company created in 1989 as an independent branch in the Finmeccanica Group. In December 1999 Ansaldo Nucleare was incorporated by Ansaldo Energia S.p.A, a company belonging 100% to theFINMECCANICA Group, as a Division.
