On 16 May 2012 over 200 wealth management professionals attended the Jersey Finance Annual London Conference at the British Museum, which was sponsored by [[Affinity Private Wealth]], [[Hawksford]], [[JTC Group]], [[Sinels]] and [[Royal Bank of Canada]]. Jersey, is a British Crown Dependency, located off the coast of Normandy, France. It is a known tax haven.

In September 2011 Jersey retained its ranking as the world's top offshore financial centre according to the Global Financial Centres Index published by the think tank Z/Yen Group. [1]
