HealthWatch is a UK charity that says it promotes evidence-based medicine. It was originally set up in 1989 as the Campaign Against Health Fraud by broadcaster Nick Ross, Caroline Richmond, Vincent Marks, Petr Skrabenek. It later changed its name to HealthWatch.[1] [2]

Our chairman is Dr James May; past chairmen have included Professor David Bender, Professor John Garrow, Malcolm Brahams, and the late Dr Thurstan Brewin, the oncologist and medical writer.[3]
