David Radler, a Canadian businessman and former director of Hollinger International where he served on the board with Conrad Black. Radler was Black's business partner and financier for 35 years[1].
Hollinger International Fraud
Radler was jailed for 10 months after pleading guilty to being part of a scheme to divert more than $32m (£18m) of Hollinger funds to themselves and companies controlled by him, Conrad Black and others[2].
