Belz Foundation Ltd (working name BHF Ltd; former name The Belz Heritage Foundation Ltd; charity number 1112150; company number 05423453) is an English charitable company limited by guarantee without share capital. It was incorporated on 13 April 2005 (articles amended 27 October 2005; name changed 30 December 2015) and registered with the Charity Commission on 18 November 2005. Companies House / Endole give the office as 1 Belz Terrace, London E5 9SN. Gift Aid recognised. It does not own land. No trading subsidiary; trustees unpaid.[1][2]

Objects (memorandum): (i) relief of poverty among the elderly or persons in need, hardship and distress within the Jewish community and other communities; (ii) advancement of the Orthodox Jewish religion; (iii) advancement of education in the UK and overseas by financial assistance to schools, colleges and other educational institutions; (iv) relief of poverty, hardship and distress and preservation of health, in particular among persons suffering from disability or need, including respite holidays. Area of benefit: UK and overseas. Commission activity summary matches those objects. It operates in Hackney and Israel. Main method: grant-making (almost all expenditure is grants to institutions).[3][4]

The name refers to the Belz Hasidic dynasty. Trustees overlap with the older London vehicle Cosmon (Belz) Limited (charity 266130). On 5 August 2025 the charity received funds from A and N Trust Fund (charity 326451).[1]
