  • In January 2012 the Jewish Chronicle reported that a synagogue in Bethune Road, Stamford Hill, had been served with a Hackney Council enforcement notice requiring an extension to be demolished, and that Yankel Grossberger of 'Satmar Limited' was appealing against it at a public inquiry. (His appointments include Cong. D'satmar Limited; identification rests on the name and the Satmar organisation.)[16]
