William J. Hybl

William J. Hybl is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES) and serves on the board of the International Republican Institute (IRI). A good friend of George W. Bush, Hybl is also a former advisor to President Ronald Reagan. In August 2001, Hybl was appointed by President Bush to be U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations." Hybl is Chairman, CEO and Trustee of the El Pomar Foundation, "one of the largest foundations in the Rocky Mountain region." [1][2]

"Hybl was a member of the Colorado House of Representatives from 1972 to 1973. Having received three consecutive presidential appointments, from 1992-1997, Mr. Hybl served as Vice-Chairman of the U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy."
