Walid Jumblatt

Walid Jumblatt is a Lebanese Druze leader and the head of the Progressive Socialist Party. According to the right-wing World Net Daily:

Jumblatt said President Bush's decision to invade Iraq in 2003 was "the right thing to do," but stressed an early evacuation would send the wrong signals to Syria and Iran, and could result in regional instability.[1]
