VCCP Health is part part of the advertising and marketing division of Chime Communications who also own the Bell Pottinger Communications group.
According to Chime Communications' website:

Our specialist team, with extensive experience in both prescription and OTC drugs, tap into the resources and experience of the wider agency, VCCP - winner of Campaign's Agency of the Year 2010. Now, just 3 years since launch, we work with some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, developing communications that really shine brighter." [1]
As well as offering advertising and marketing services, VCCP Health also works with other companies in the Chime Communications group to provide medical education, advocacy programmes and public relations. [2]

Activities
VCCP Health engage in a number of activities for the pharmaceutical industry, they launched a global campaign for GlaxoSmithKline's drug Seretide (for asthma and COPD) and for a variety of products for Omega Pharma. [4]
