Trevor Forbes
Trevor Forbes was RUC Assistant Chief Constable in charge of the Special Branch at the time of the 1982 Shoot to Kill affair and the subsequent investigation by the Assistant Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police, John Stalker.[1]
