- The U.S. affiliate of the International Federation for Victory Over Communism is the Freedom Leadership Foundation (FLF) 'was established in 1969 in Washington DC'[4] 'For the most part, the FLF is no longer active, with CAUSA assuming most of its political functions'.[5]
