The DTIO is part of the Defence Intelligence Assessment Staff, which is in turn part of the Defence Intelligence Staff. Problem is, this (http://www.statemaster.com/encyclopedia/Defence-Intelligence-Staff#_ref-3) is the only link I can find to substantiate it.
