In Brascam section Para after the first block quote I have altered to clarify; pls check it still means what you intended it to.

In 2nd block quote beginning

"Authorities said Black, along with other officials --

the following link is no longer 'live'; do we need it in order to justify what was said in the quote to which this is a reference? ie is this reference dispensable? [[1]] I have removed it from the text as it no longer works.

As a general principle, pls refer to the author, article title, publication, and publication date in any ref rather than just a link, as that insures us against links disappearing from their page on the web, as almost always happens. Also, we are putting links at the bottom of the page now in the references section rather than in the body text.

In section, Foreign Service pls spell out acronyms UNCTAD and ECOSOC: what do they stand for?

This para: MacLaren is Co-Chair of the Energy Roundtable. [13] The Canada Europe Roundtable for Business (CERT) is an association of Canadian and European companies founded in 1999 to provide public policy recommendations to the Government of Canada and the European Commission in efforts to increase bilateral trade and investment. --

What is the r'ship if any between the Energy Roundtable and the Canada Europe Roundtable for Business? Clarify.
