Some info for future reference

Actually yes Berwin Letwin Paisner (I think that's the name of the company) was a member. Individuals on the group were there as contact points / representatives of their respective companies. And Brenda represented Berwin. Nick Stern chaired the group. Regards Zahid

Zahid, Steve,

thanks for that. As I understood it there was personal membership, in the sense that some 16 business leaders signed one of the statements. Presumably they were just representing their companies rather than being individual members? Also I see that Brenda Stern lately of the CRE says that she is a member and that the group was chaired by Nick Stern. : ('

  • Brenda* is a member of the *Business* *Contact* *Group* of the

Commission for Africa which is chaired by Sir Nick *Stern* and which reports to the Chancellor and the Commission for Africa Secretariat.').

Is that wrong?

Thanks again

David
