In November 2007, Toplin and Associates Inc. merged with Star Group Communications Inc. to create Star Toplin. Law firm Blank Rome[1] acted as adviser to Toplin and Associates on its acquisition and describe the agency as 'a full service marketing and public relations firm that offers a number of services including crisis management, special events, advertising, and other areas'.
