Sidney Solomon Naftalin (1910-1990) was a Glasgow based Zionist activist.

An obituary in the Herald for his brother Leslie Naftalin states:

Zionism was an important element of Jewish life in the years following the First World War. He was born a few years before the Balfour Declaration in 1917, and the horrors of the Holocaust in the 1930s and 1940s made the establishment of the State of Israel a momentous event in his life. He collaborated with his brother Dr Sidney Naftalin and sculptor Benno Schotz in the establishment of the Glasgow Friends of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and was the society's honorary president at the time of his death.[1]
